We are putting safety first to protect our children. During this difficult time we are working hard to provide a safe place for your child. We are following all Illinois state and CDC guidelines for child care.

Please stay home if you or your children are sick. We do wellness checks on everyone at check in time and throughout the day. Everyone above the age of 2 will need to wear a mask, we will supply those. Please understand that blankets, toys, stuffed animals must stay at home. We will work to get through this together the safest way possible.

We take seriously and are following all guidelines on sanitizing surfaces, toys, and equipment. We are limiting group make up and size. Keep in mind this is not just a building we work in, it’s our family home so we take extra care to make sure everything is safe, detailed and done correctly. We don’t have the option to close the doors at 6PM and leave the building behind us!

We do need a physical from your child’s doctor when you start with us and it needs to be updated every 2 years. All immunizations need to be kept up to date and we will need a lead test as well as a TB test. For school aged children we follow the school physical requirements. We do request and encourage you and your children to get a yearly Flu shot. A covid-19 vaccination is also encouraged when available.

Most of our state licensing requirements concentrate on household safety. They go far beyond cabinet locks and outlet covers. Everything from water temperature to chemicals used around the yard is tightly controlled. We test for lead in the water, and Radon. We make sure all of the safety requirements are followed at all times.

We want to make sure your child is in the safest environment possible!
